Annual and Mid Year Reports

Each year, the Office of the Community Ombudsman issues two reports:

The Annual Report is a comprehensive review of the entire year from January 1, ending December 31, while the Mid-Year Report only analyzes the first half of the year, providing data from January 1, through June 30.
